Website Health Checks

"Janitor is a tool to monitor the health of your website. Lots of different checks are run throughout every day to ensure your website isn't suffering from mixed content (http/https), expired certificates, 500 errors, 404s and dead links, robots.txt errors, and more.

We're adding new checks all the time. The app itself is built in Laravel, with frontend components built in Vue. The project is kept up to date with Laravel releases."
