  • Code Craftsmanship: A commitment to clean code guidelines, demonstrating your ability to write maintainable and scalable code.
  • Familiarity with Advanced Concepts: Knowledge of domain-driven design, service-oriented architecture, microservices, distributed computing, and scalability challenges.
  • PHP Framework Expertise: Experience with the Laravel PHP framework, understanding its ecosystem and how to leverage it for robust solutions.
  • Collaborative Spirit: You excel in cross-functional teams, adept at working with colleagues across various departments to bring cohesive and innovative solutions to life. Your ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is paramount.
  • Independent Initiative: Experience in startup or agile small-company settings is a significant plus, equipping you with the versatility to handle rapid changes and contribute effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • A passion for learning, a journeyman's career in tech, and an appreciation for the user's experience.

What we offer:

  • Compensation: $95k-$160k DOE. Contract to hire.

  • Opportunity: Learn and grow while making a competitive salary.
  • Versatility: Work across a suite of products that interact with a diverse group of users.
  • Attitude: We want good people to do great work. When and how you do it is up to you.
