"HelpRealm provides you with easy management of your support form requests.
Every support request will be piped into a ticket management backend which can then be routed into groups and processed by different agents. You can use the predefined customizable contact form or use your own frontend and create tickets using our API. Clients and agents can reply via the UI or by email.
We are using Laravel as backend, as well as Bulma and Vue.js in the frontend along with several small components such as push.js and metroui."
